About our communities
Residential Communities Built for Filipino Families
Softouch Property Development Corporation develops and builds residential communities across Cebu. Rather than acting as a broker for other people’s inventory, we acquire the land, plan the subdivision, construct the homes and hand them over ourselves — which is why one company remains accountable from the first survey peg to the day you receive your keys.
Our communities span six municipalities: Consolacion, Liloan and Danao along the northern corridor, Minglanilla and Talisay to the south, and Mactan on the island. Each location was chosen for genuine access to schools, workplaces and transport, so that a home remains practical to live in long after the purchase.
The portfolio covers seven home types — socialised and economic units through duplex, townhouse, shophouse, single attached and single detached homes — so that families at different stages and budgets can find something appropriate without leaving the areas they already know.

What financing options are available?
Pag-IBIG, bank financing and in-house financing. Our team prepares the documents with you once you have reserved a specific lot and unit.
