We currently build in six Cebu municipalities: Consolacion, Liloan, Danao, Mactan, Minglanilla and Talisay. Each location has its own page listing the communities available there.
What types of homes are available?
Seven home types across the portfolio: socialized and economic units, townhouse, duplex, single attached, single detached, and shophouse. Each type has its own page listing the communities where it is available.
How can I find an available community?
Browse by location to see every community in a given municipality, or by home type if you already know the kind of house you want. Both routes lead to the same listings from a different starting point.
Can I schedule a site visit?
Yes. Use the enquiry form on this site to request a site visit and our team will arrange a time with you. Walking the actual community and model unit is step two of our buyer journey, before any reservation is made.
What financing options are available?
Pag-IBIG, bank financing and in-house financing. Our team prepares the documents with you once you have reserved a specific lot and unit.
