The Processing Staff is responsible for receiving, reviewing, organizing, and processing documents and applications. The position ensures that all required documents and information are complete, accurate, properly recorded, and processed within the required timeframe.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and review documents, applications, and other requirements submitted by clients, employees, or concerned parties.
- Check the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents and information.
- Encode and update data accurately in the company's system or database.
- Prepare, organize, and process documents based on established company procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, branches, departments, agencies, or other concerned parties regarding incomplete or additional requirements.
- Monitor the status and progress of applications or transactions.
- Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of physical and electronic documents.
- Prepare reports, monitoring sheets, and other documents as required by the immediate supervisor.
- Assist in resolving basic processing concerns and discrepancies.
- Ensure that confidential information and documents are handled securely and responsibly.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
- Meet required processing turnaround times and productivity standards.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Administration
- Experience in document processing, administrative work, customer service, banking, financing, or loan processing is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
