The Sales and Marketing Staff is responsible for promoting the company's products and services, generating potential customers, assisting in sales activities, and maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective clients. The position supports the achievement of the company's sales and marketing goals through customer engagement, business development, promotional activities, and proper sales monitoring.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify and develop potential customers and business opportunities.
- Promote and explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, calls, and meetings as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate information regarding products and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up prospective clients and monitor the status of sales opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and provide assistance regarding their concerns.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain updated records of clients, leads, sales activities, and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper processing and delivery of customer requirements.
Marketing
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, and social media content.
- Manage and update company social media pages, when assigned.
- Conduct basic market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Help identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Participate in company events, trade fairs, exhibits, and promotional activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve products, services, and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented and able to build good professional relationships.
